We currently ship only within Israel using door-to-door delivery:

  • Delivery Times: 3 business days for most areas, up to 5 days for remote locations.
  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping on orders over 499 NIS.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened booster packs, damaged sealed products, or items not in original condition.
  • Cancellations: Only possible if the order has not yet shipped.
