GumGum Cards Shipping Policy – Fast & Reliable Worldwide Delivery

At GumGum Cards, we aim to deliver your One Piece TCG treasures quickly and safely, whether you're in Israel, Europe, or the Americas. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Israel: Nationwide door-to-door delivery.
  • All of Europe
  • Americas: United States, Canada, and Brazil.

2. Shipping Times
We work hard to get your order processed as quickly as possible: (1-2 days)

  • Israel: Most locations within 3 business days after order processing, and up to 5 business days for remote areas.
  • Europe & Americas:
    • FedEx Standard: 7 to 15 business days
    • FedEx Fast: 3 to 5 business days
      Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on your order's weight and destination:

  • Israel: Free shipping on orders over 600 NIS. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under 600 NIS.
  • Europe & Americas: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and the shipping method selected (Standard or Fast).
    All international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Weight Limit for International Orders
Currently, we ship international orders up to a maximum weight of 2 kg per order. If you wish to place a larger order, please contact us for assistance.

5. Delivery Guidelines
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. If you miss a delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule. Once delivered, GumGum Cards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Order Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us via our Contact Form or email info@gumgumcards.com, and we’ll assist you right away.
