GumGum Cards Refund & Return Policy – Hassle-Free Returns for One Piece TCG Collectors

At GumGum Cards, we take pride in delivering top-quality One Piece TCG products. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Once we inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or damaged booster packs, boxes, or other sealed products.
  • Cards or items that are not in their original condition.
  • Personalized or custom-ordered products.

3. Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away!

  • Send a description and a photo of the issue via our contact form or email us at info@gumgumcards.com.
  • We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable exchange.

4. Shipping Costs & Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • In cases where we are at fault, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Need to cancel an order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
